You begin your day as an Olympic athlete at the beautiful neoclassical building known as the Zappeion, just below the National Garden. Vasilissis Olgas, Athina 105 57, Greece Meeting point: Your guide will be holding an Alternative Athens sign and your meeting point for your tour will be at the stairs located at the Zappeion Congress Hall. The closest metro stop is Acropolis (take the red metro line), exit Makriyanni/Aeropagitou. From there it is an 8 minute walk to get to the Zappeion Hall stairs. If coming by taxi, please request that the driver take you to Leof. Vasilissis Olgas 1, Athina 105 57. Please note that this is a pedestrian street and you may have to walk towards the entrance of Zappeion Hall if the taxi cannot access the street. Please make sure that you are at the meeting point 10 minutes before the starting time. The group will depart on time and those not present will be considered a no-show for which no refund can be made. What to remember: This tour runs with a maximum of 12 participants and requires a minimum booking of 2 participantsIn the unusual event that the minimum is not met you will be offered an alternative date or a full refundEntry fees are not inlcluded and will need to be paid on site. A general admission ticket costs 10 euros, a reduced admission ticket 5 euros (students and over 65s).
