- * Tours are held whether it's rain or shine. If it's determined that a tour must be canceled, the operator will contact you * Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothes People with mobility impairment, be advised that the tour is approximately 1 mile * Meet outside at the stairs to the side of the valet desk and front entrance of the Downtown Omni Hotel at 205 E 8th Street, at the corner of 8th and Brazos * Your guide will be wearing a "US Ghost Adventures" t-shirt and carrying a lantern * Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour departure time * The operator is not associated with the Omni Hotel Downtown * Rescheduling must be done in advance of the tour and will be subject to availability * Please be respectful to others on the tour * Smoking is not allowed on the tour and please no talking while the tour guide is delivering their stories * Dogs and pets are welcome as long as they are not disruptive to the tour
