You'll be led in safety across the different levels, where sparkling crevices, rushing waterfalls and over a thousand years of geology ...

  • * Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult * A waiver must be signed (for under-18s by the parent or guardian) * Snow pants are recommended but are mandatory if it's below -16 °C * Min. age 8 * Max. 12 people per guide * Day tour: lower & upper falls - distance 5.4km, elevation gain 135m * Meeting point is at the Scout-Guide Hall/Peaks Hotel (Opposite Banff Park Lodge) * Show your smartphone ticket to the driver * Please arrive at the meeting point by 8:12am or 1:12pm, depending on your selected departure time * Be prepared for the mountain weather, it changes quickly and can get very cold. Most of the tour is outside * Sturdy warm shoes, ideally winter boots or hiking boots, are recommended. They don't have to be waterproof, but they must be warm. No heels, Ugg boots, flip-flops or sandals. Please note that if the guide thinks your attire or footwear isn't appropriate and compromises your safety on the tour, you may not be able to participate * Ice cleats are provided
