- Note: The Lazy River, Ropes Course, Climbing Wall, and Flow Rider are temporarily closed. Not allowed: * Personal flotation device * Toys * Pets * Outside food and drinks * Handheld cameras * Children with a height of 0-110 cm can enter free of charge. * Temperature checks are required at the entrance. Masks must be worn at all times, and social distancing measures are in place. * For same-day booking, please process your booking at least 30 minutes before redeeming the voucher at the ticketing counter * The redemption process will take around 30 minutes in case of a large crowd * Present your smartphone voucher at the ticket counter to exchange it for a wristband * The Join Buffet is served at The Grove from 11.30 - 16.30 hrs daily.
