Important informations
- Locating the whales may require more time, extending the trip beyond 3 hours. The average trip takes between 3.5 and 4 hours. Children under 3 years join for free, please select a free ticket for them. * Redeem your smartphone voucher at the Ticket Center on Long Wharf. The Ticket Center is a small white building with a whale on top – its sign reads BHC Ticket Center * Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your booked cruise time * Snacks, meals, drinks can be bought on board * At sea, credit/debit card transactions are sometimes not possible, so bring some cash * It's a good idea to wear rubber-soled shoes and a light sweater/jacket.
