- The archaeological zone administration charges a fee (which may fluctuate) for using video cameras;
- Shops available to buy handicrafts and souvenirs;

- Departure from hotels: 07:00 - 08:00: depending on the hotel you will be staying at - the time is informed at the destination at least 1 day in advance by one of our tourist assistance agents;
- It is not allowed to take pictures or film inside the underground river;
- Departure location: Hotel lobby - transportation included. Note: if it is a hotel in downtown Cancún, Playa del Carmen or Tulum, the nearest meeting point will be informed.
