• Opening hours: from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Entrance to the park starts at 11:00 am. Hours Subject to change.
• Children up to 03 years old on the day of use, do not pay the ticket.
• Children from 04 to 11 years old on the day of use, pay a special amount according to the promotion.
• People from 12 to 59 years old pay the adult ticket price.
• People over 60 pay half the adult rate.
• For the use of the Toboáguas, there is a maximum weight of 130 kilos and a minimum height of 1.20 m.
• This experience has an e-ticket issued by the park itself. To issue this ticket, please send the following information to: contato@etstur.com.br; FILE number (file is a numerical code to confirm your purchase); CPF of each passenger; main passenger's email. You will receive the e-ticket through your travel agent or directly from the ETS Team.
• Discounted student tickets or possible special rates must be purchased directly at the park ticket office. There is no guarantee of their availability if the park reaches its maximum capacity.

• The use of protective masks will be required, except inside the pools. We suggest you bring more than one mask as it can get wet.
• It will be mandatory to comply with social distancing in any area of the park, whether in the restaurant, queues or attractions. The distance suggested by the health authorities is 2 meters and the Park team will communicate and guide visitors whenever necessary, but it is important that everyone does their part at this time.
• It is important to wash hands before and after using attractions, when changing areas and whenever necessary.
• For safety reasons, some attractions may be unavailable.
