  • * Photography for private use is allowed, no flash * Video, including cellphone, requires permission from the staff * Free admission every first Sunday of the month If you believe you qualify for our many discounts, discounted tickets can only be purchased in person. Museum admission is free to: - International Council of Museum (ICOM) members - New England Museum Association (NEMA) members - American Alliance of Museums (AAM) members - North American Reciprocal Museum Association (NARM) members - Employees and docents of other museums (with Museum ID or business card) - All active duty military and their families (with ID) - K-12 teachers with school ID or Massachusetts Teachers’ Association membership card - Military veterans (with ID) * Children entry is free, a ticket is still required * Free admission every first Sunday of the month * Discount tickets can be purchased in person, check additional info to see if you qualify Please show your smartphone ticket to the staff at the entrance. Temporary exhibitions often have their own guidelines regarding photography, so please check with a staff member for details. Tripods are not permitted in any of the galleries.
