- * Don't forget to take your personal ID with you on the tour. * The maximum size of handbags or backpacks is 30x20x10 cm. * **Children**: Some areas are not accessible for prams. Visit is not recommended for children under the age of 14, due to the drastic nature of the exhibitions. * **Tour**: Only the transport is private. If you travel alone or with a group, you will visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum in a group with other tourists and with an official museum educator. * **Lunch**: Not included, please bring your own. Only 15-minute break lunch is planned * **Safety**: Before entering the premises of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, you will undergo a personal and luggage control. * **General rule**: You are asked to respect the memory of the deceased and adjust your outfit and behavior to the situation. * The ticket to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is non-refundable * Tour not wheelchair accessible * The bus driver will exchange your ticket for a direct entrance ticket. * Please wear comfortable, waterproof footwear and warm, rainproof clothing (e.g. sweaters, jackets, umbrellas)
