- * Please bring ID card to collect reduced and child tickets * You'll receive the link and the instruction for the Accord audio guide via Whatsapp the day before the visit * Pets are not allowed * Please note that these are reserved entry tickets. During high season there may still be a queue despite the reservation * Every tour participant must have a ticket, including children * MEETING POINT is at Via Ricasoli 57, 50122, Firenze. Here you will find the staff, wearing a yellow vest and an ACCORD ID badge. They will check and exchange your voucher with the tickets * Redeem your voucher at the meeting point * At least 24 hours before the visit, you will receive the link to download the audioguide to the phone number or email communicated at the moment of booking * Please note that during peak days, there might be longer waiting times * Pets are not allowed * Bags and luggages are not allowed, you can leave them free of charge in the lockers inside the museum
