- * Make sure to be at the ticket office 15 minutes prior to your timeslot * Timeslot at 8:30 has a special reduced price * Bring your ID card (otherwise you can be refused entry to the venue) * The rooms on the mezzanine floor of the Treasury of the Grand Dukes and the Royal and Imperial Apartments are closed due to Covid-19 restrictions * The Museum of Costume and Fashion remains closed for refurbishment works until further notice * EU citizens 18-24 and EU teachers from public institutes can buy reduced tickets onsite * Under-18s and disabled visitors (+1 carer) get in free, but need to wait in the queue Swap your smartphone voucher for a paper ticket at any ticket office.
