You will be informed upon arrival * One hour after you selected timeslots you can visit Palazzo Vecchio * Access to the Tower is suspended in the event of rain * The selected timeslot is for Arnolfo Tower which has to be visited first * In case of emergencies, please call 055-2616735 Please note that during these exceptionally warm days, in the rooms and spaces of the museum of Palazzo Vecchio, there could be very high temperatures due to the lack of air conditioning for historical-architectural protection.
