- Hotel pick-up is possible if you call the tour operator at least 24 hours prior to your flight, number will be provided to you after booking. * Due to the dynamic weather changes in the Alaska Range, cancellations cannot be notified in advance * Preferred seating arrangement can't be guaranteed as this is dictated by the operator's FAA approved 'weight and balance' program. However, everyone will get a window seat with great visibility! Children under 2 years join for free, please select a free ticket for them. * Show your smartphone ticket at the Talkeetna Air Taxi Office at Talkeetna State Airport or at your pick-up * You must be at the airport 45 minutes prior to departure for your check-in and safety briefing * If you wish to arrange a specific hotel pick-up, contact (907)733-2218 or 1(800)533-2219 at least 24 hours in advance * Backpacks and purses are not permitted on board the airplane and can be stored on-site * Make sure to bring sunglasses and weather-appropriate clothing
