- Dress code enforced: women must cover their hair, knees, shoulders, chest. Male visitors must cover their shoulders and knees. Bring a scarf or buy one at the entrance. * For the Hagia Sophia, an extra cost of €25 needs to be paid * Hagia Sophia ticket gives you access to the visiting area & upper gallery, not the prayer area * Meet your guide at the Dsign Cafe in front of the Turkish and Islamic Art Museum located on the Hippodrome, right next to the Egyptian Obelisk * Show your smartphone to the guide at the start of the tour * The Blue Mosque has no admission charge and no ticket lines, however there is a security check line, which can take up to 30-60 minutes * Ticket for Basilica Cistern is included. For the Hagia Sophia an extra cost of 25 Euro needs to be paid. Blue Mosque is free to enter * Only Turkish citizens are allowed in the prayer area of Hagia Sophia
