- * Dress according to British weather and wear comfortable shoes * Bring drinks, snacks, and a camera * Carry a contactless payment card or Oyster card for 3 tube journeys (approx. £9) * Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered to latecomers * Show your smartphone ticket to the guide inside Kings Cross Station at the bottom of the steps leading up to the Parcel Yard * The steps are located opposite the Harry Potter shop (the shop is called Platform 9 ¾), which is next to Platform 9 in Kings Cross Station * Arrive 45 minutes before the tour starts if you want to click a photo with the Platform 9 ¾ trolley, as there can be a long queue * Be sure to arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts and plan your journey to the meeting point well in advance * Shrek's Adventure Experience tickets will be given at the end of the walking tour
