• Please note that access to the ferry is not permitted with suitcases, scooters or other bulky objects. The supplier will not be responsible in case you are not allowed access with any of these items. * On days where the volume of visitors may be higher, such as holidays, there may be long lines to enter the ferry, monuments, or museums * Children under 2 can join for free * Audio guides( if selected) will be sent 24 hours in advance for download * Present your smartphone voucher to the guide at the meeting point, outside Starbucks * For the guided tour: make sure to be at the meeting point by 09:30 - latecomers won't be waited for * For audio guide-only tickets: To begin your adventure, head to NYC's Battery Park and look for ‘The View at The Battery’ restaurant, where you will find the Statue Cruises security checkpoint. Please note that your tickets will be sent to you by the operator 24 hours before the tour, and you will need to show them at the checkpoint.
