- If you don't see the northern lights on your tour, you'll get a complimentary ticket to try again on another night. If the northern lights boat tour is cancelled, don't worry! You'll be booked for the Auroras at Whales of Iceland museum automatically. Keep your ticket for the boat tour to use later. Please refer to [this list](https://defk2hf18xkyy.cloudfront.net/product_files/499a54355bd44cb49d14998a0bbb47a0.pdf) of convenient pick-up points, and enter your preferred pick-up point by the checkout. The pick-up service starts 60 minutes before departure time. Upon arrival at the harbor, you'll be dropped off by the Special Tours Ticket Office, where you'll present your digital tickets and valid ID. The backup plan will always operate at 21:00 if the boat tour is cancelled. Check-in for the backup plan is at 20:45 if you have not selected hotel transfers. Please let staff know when you would like to schedule your boat tour when you arrive.
