- **What to bring:** * Sturdy shoes, good sneakers, or hiking boots * Comfortable pants * Gloves and a thin hat * For cameras, bring a small waist bag, as backpacks cannot be taken on horseback * For day tours during the winter season and rainy days, bring extra clothing * The weight limit for participants is 264.5 pounds * The minimum age limit for this tour is 7 years * Show your smartphone ticket to the staff at the meeting point * Please note: Before arriving in Iceland, used boots, riding gear, saddlebags, etc. must be disinfected. This is to prevent the introduction of infectious diseases that could pose a significant risk to horses. Riding gear is usually washed, and shoes, helmets, and safety vests are cleaned with iodine or another liquid disinfectant. The use of used riding gloves and all used leather items (such as chaps) is not permitted
