From there, ride a modified 4x4 on a rough road into the glacial valley. Then, hike about 15 minutes to the cave entrance, mostly on the glacier. This winter, visit the Blue Diamond ice cave. The tour lasts about 2 to 3 hours in total.

Ice cave conditions can change over the winter, so the cave you visit might vary in the season. This half-day trip is perfect for short winter days and those concerned about Iceland’s winter weather. Inside the cave, you can enjoy the scenery, see the blue ice, and take photos.

Please wear warm and waterproof outdoor clothing, a hat, gloves, etc. * During this tour to the Blue Diamond, guests walk on the glacier for a short distance * Both mobile versions and printed tickets are acceptable but with the environment in mind, it is advised to have just a pdf * Show your tickets to the staff at the meeting point * Arrive at location 15 minutes before the scheduled time
