- * Snowshoes will be provided according to the weather and snow conditions * Please wear appropriate clothing for physical activity in cold conditions * At least 2 people required on weekdays & Saturdays * At least 4 people required on Sundays & public holidays * Tours less than 2 people may be cancelled or rescheduled * Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free * Please indicate your hotel address (within a 15 km radius of Rovaniemi city center) at check-out * On the day of your tour, be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time * Depending on the season, pick-up time range can vary between 08:00 and 09:00 * Show your smartphone ticket to the driver guide at pick-up * Alert your guide to dietary restrictions or allergies at check-in * If you don't wish to make use of the pick-up service, you can refer to the meeting point on the voucher * If the tour is rescheduled due to inclement weather or dangerous hiking conditions, arrangements of another tour must be handled onsite between the customer and supplier directly
