The download deadline for photography data shall be within 1 monthThere are occasions where the photograph data’s color, brightness etc may need adjusting. The local operator will not accept complaints after photography regarding the content, taste or preferences of photos due to the highly subjective nature of each individual client. If you have a desired taste or image in mind, please inform them prior to the photo shootEdits shall not be made to individuals in the photos (face, body etc). Also, unrelated individuals in the backgrounds of photos taken at location shoots shall not be erasedClothing shall be decided on the rental and photography date and a fitting shall be heldPlease return rental clothes to the shop by 5.30pm on the day of rental and photography. Note that in the event the clothes are rented after the 5.30pm deadline and need to be returned the following day, a next-day return fee of ¥16,500 (tax inclusive) shall be charged per person. In addition, if the rental clothing is not returned on the day of rental, a late fee of ¥16,500 (tax inclusive) shall be charged for each day the clothing is not returnedIf there are any matters concerning your physical constitution such as sensitive skin, allergies etc, there may be cases where you are unable to wear the provided costumes or accessoriesIf there are any repairs needed as a result of your negligence, such as repairs required as a result of damage to costumes and accessories or if regular cleaning is not enough to remove stains on costumes, you shall bear the costs of any necessary repairs or additional cleaning. In the event of loss or damage that is beyond repair, you shall bear the cost for the purchase of a replacement. However, if you have purchased a ‘Damage guarantee service for costumes and accessories’, you shall be exempt from the cost of any needed repairsIf you selected ticket option 3, you may choose other outdoor locations for the shooting, such as Nakamise Street, Sensoji Temple, Tokyo Skytree, and Tokyo Tower.
