- * The selected timeslot is for the entry to the Palace, not to the gardens * Free tickets can't be booked without a regular ticket * Lockers are available for small items (46x43x26 max) Getting There: * RER: Line C to Versailles-Château-Rive Gauche * SNCF trains from Montparnasse Station: to Versailles-Chantiers * SNCF trains from Saint-Lazare Station: to Versailles-Rive Droite * Parking: There are several paid car parks inside and outside the Estate. Access is free of charge for disabled visitors' vehicles, upon presentation of supporting documents -18s, EU residents -26, school teachers + pass, disabled visitors + carer & French job-seekers get in free (or reduced rate) on select dates with valid ID. * Show your smartphone ticket at entrance 'A'. During peak times, there could be multiple lines. Check the front of the line for a sign that says the timeslot for entry. * Latecomers won’t be admitted 30 minutes after the timeslot * Tickets aren't exchangeable and re-entry is not allowed to the venues * Some fountains may be closed or shows may stop earlier, please double check exact schedules with an agent upon arrival * If you book the last timeslot of the day (2 hours before closing) it is recommended to arrive earlier and visit the gardens first * If you come by RER, you need to buy a RER ticket and not a metro ticket * Pushchairs and metal baby carriers must be deposited at the free luggage storage room * Watch out for pickpockets in and around the palace * If you purchase an audio guide, the voucher will arrive in a separate email
